These terms apply when you order from Mavanga through this website or WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

You order by building your order on this site and sending it to us on WhatsApp, or by messaging us directly. An order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it.

We are a delivery-only kitchen. There is no collection or dine-in.

Prices

Prices are in Kenya shillings (KES) and shown on the menu. We may change prices and the menu at any time. The price confirmed in our reply is the price you pay.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas listed on the Delivery page. The minimum order is KES 500. Delivery is free within 5 km of our kitchen, KES 100 from 5 to 10 km, and KES 150 to 200 beyond 10 km depending on distance; we confirm your fee when we accept your order. We aim to deliver within about 30 minutes of confirming your order for addresses within 5 km. Further away takes longer, and we confirm an estimate when we accept your order. Times are estimates. Please give an accurate address and keep your phone available.

Payment

Payment is on delivery by M-Pesa Paybill: business number 522 533, account 8145364. Please pay when your order arrives.

Cancellations and changes

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can to change or cancel an order. Once we have started cooking, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Problems with your order

If something is wrong with your order, tell us when it arrives or as soon as possible afterwards, with a description or photo. We will work with you to put it right.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our food is cooked in a shared kitchen and seasonings may contain allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, tell us before you order and we will tell you what we can and cannot do.

Our responsibility

We take care with every order. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as traffic, weather or incorrect delivery details.

Use of this site

The Mavanga name, logo and photos belong to Mavanga. Please do not copy them without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
